Integration is a form of one-on-one teaching. This is a more direct
way to unlock the secrets of our bodies. It helps you link movement,
relaxation, expression and spontaneity.

Through Movement is given in a class setting. After doing the
easy, gentle movements, one is more certain. lighter, easier and
more mobile. These movements are intended for everyone who wants
to improve awareness and physical and mental performance.
Awareness
