Habits
are both a blessing and a restriction. We incorporate them for
reasons of physical and emotional need. They are our personal
history. Changing habitual patterns is freedom from limitations. The Feldenkrais Method offers a way to modify these habits, eliminate
pain and regain ease of movement.
